• Markets of interest
• A description of the housing need you are working on

We do not use cookies for tracking. We may use privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics (Plausible) to understand aggregate site traffic. No personal data is collected through analytics.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Evaluate whether there is a fit for an engagement
• Prepare preliminary market data for your area of interest
• Respond to your inquiry

We do not use your information for marketing purposes beyond responding to your request.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Form submissions are processed through Netlify, our hosting provider, solely for the purpose of delivering your submission to us.

Data retention

We retain form submissions for as long as necessary to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, and to support any resulting engagement. If you would like your information deleted, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted and stored in Netlify's secured infrastructure. We limit access to submission data to the principal of HRI.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
