The data and analysis presented herein are based on publicly available federal datasets, including the U.S. Census Bureau's American Community Survey, Longitudinal Employer-Household Dynamics (LEHD), and Building Permits Survey, supplemented by HRI's proprietary analytical framework. Specific data vintages and methodological details are noted throughout each document.
