Along the way, I built something that didn't exist: a national housing intelligence system. Every project required assembling data from dozens of sources, navigating incentive programs across states, and proving to banks that smaller markets were worth their time. I got tired of doing it manually.
HRI is the result. A proprietary research platform covering 6,200+ cities across all 50 states. Housing Pressure Index scores. Workforce rental projections. Incentive mapping. Employment analysis. The system I wished existed when I started — now available to a select group of developers, banks, and cities who want the same edge.
